At Color Craze, our events are celebrations of freedom, creativity, and safety for all. As an influencer, you play a key role in maintaining our community’s well-being. Below are our strict security policies and values—because fun should never come at the cost of safety.
1. Confidential Run Locations:
The exact address will only be shared via secure, password-protected emails 48 hours before the event.
Do NOT geotag or disclose the venue in posts before/during the event. Use:

❌ “Meet me at [exact park name] at 9AM!”
2. Anti-Crashing Measures:
All attendees (including influencers) must show digital tickets with QR codes at entry.
Private security and local law enforcement will be on-site in plain clothes to monitor crowds.
3. Emergency Protocols:
Report suspicious activity to staff (wearing bright orange vests).
Designated safe zones with medical and security teams will be clearly marked.
1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment:
Color Craze bans anyone making others feel unsafe—whether through words, actions, or recording without consent.
Staff will immediately remove offenders and cooperate with authorities.
2. Safety for Women & Children:

“Agreement” refers to this contract between the Influencer and Color Craze.
“Influencer” means the individual or entity providing promotional services.
“Company” refers to The Color Craze Color Run and its affiliates.
“Services” include all promotional activities outlined in this Agreement.
“Content” means all social media posts, videos, images, and other materials created under this Agreement.
“Event” refers to The Color Craze Color Run and related activities.
The Influencer agrees to:
Create and publish [X] pieces of Content across specified platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Include required hashtags (#ColorCrazeRun, #RunWithColor) and tag the Color Craze’s official accounts.
Disclose the sponsorship clearly (e.g., “#ad” or “Paid partnership”).
Submit drafts for approval (if required by the Company).
Attend the Event (if applicable) and post live updates.
Monetary Payment: Color Craze pays out commissions 30 days after the event or before depending on type of partnership. Orders that get disputed will not be paid out.
In-Kind Compensation: Free event entry, merchandise, or other perks as agreed.
Late Payments: If payment is delayed beyond 30 days, a late fee given to influencers may apply.
Color Craze retains ownership of Content but grants the Influencer to use, and repost, the Content for marketing.
The Company may crop, resize, or overlay text but will not alter the core message without approval or Influencers created content.
The Influencer agrees not to promote competing events (e.g., other color runs) for 5 years after ending partnership with the Color Craze.
The Influencer must disclose any existing brand partnerships that may conflict with this Agreement.
The Influencer agrees not to share confidential Company information (e.g., sponsorship rates, unreleased marketing strategies, event details, musician names, set up, locations, race routes, etc).
This obligation continues for 20 years after the Agreement ends.
The Influencer must comply with FTC guidelines, including clear sponsorship disclosures (e.g., “#ad”).
The Influencer is responsible for ensuring their Content does not:
Infringe copyrights (e.g., unlicensed music).
Contain false or misleading claims.
Violate platform rules (e.g., Instagram’s branded content policies).
Color Craze: May terminate with 0 days’ notice if the Influencer breaches the Agreement.
The Influencer: May terminate with 1 days’ notice if the Company fails to meet obligations (e.g., non-payment).
Upon termination, the Influencer must remove branded Content unless otherwise agreed.
The Influencer agrees to defend and hold harmless the Color Craze from any claims arising from:
False or misleading Content.
Copyright/trademark violations.
Failure to disclose sponsorship properly.
The Color Craze is not liable for:
Injuries or damages at the Event (if applicable).
Loss of revenue due to platform algorithm changes.
The Influencer participates in the Event (if applicable) at their own risk.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware.
Disputes will first attempt mediation; if unresolved, they will proceed to litigation in Delaware.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by acts of God, pandemics, wars, or platform outages.
Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This document supersedes all prior agreements and constitutes the full understanding between the parties.
